Fixing a puncture

Sooner of later you're going to get a puncture. Here's a great video showing you how to fix a puncture quickly and easily, something your mates will appreciate while they wait in the freezing cold at the side of the road!

If it's your rear wheel that's punctured, before you remove the wheel, make sure you put the chain on the large front ring and on the small rear cog. This makes it easier to put the wheel back in as you know you which cog to mount the chain on and avoid damaging the chain and derrailleur.
