Winter training delivers for Gorman

Winter training delivers for Gorman in TT

Stevenage CC’s Joe Gorman made a good start to his 2018 cycling season today (Saturday 24th March), putting his winter training into action on the ECCA’s 10mile time-trial on the E2/10.

Gorman finished 5th place, averaging 30.6mph with a time of 19:37 just 34 seconds behind the winner.  He beat his closest rival from the Hitchin Nomads by 47 seconds. It looks to be a promising season for Gorman who is looking to break the Stevenage CC 24hour record later this year at the National 24 hour time-trial.
