On Saturday 18th June SCC completed their annual ride over to the village of Finchingfield in Essex. This date was chosen because it is the Saturday club ride closest to the longest day of the year. The rain free ride was completed by both the A and B group riders and the route included Newport, Debden and Thaxted and of course a tea and cake stop.
