Riding with the B Group
Here is some video footage from a recent Saturday B Group ride.
This club run through Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire was typical of SCC Saturday B group rides and involved plenty of riding in ‘Through and Off’ formation with riders taking a turn on the front and the group moving into single file when the road becomes busy.
The Sunday ride is a slower pace and drops to an average of 15 miles an hour over a shorter 40 mile distance.
