SCC CYCLING IN CHINA
Last October three members of the SCC completed a two-week cycling tour in China.
Their journey included many ancient villages, river towns and Buddhist temples.
.
Starting in the National Park of Bajiaozhai they cycled through the Yuecheng Mountains, famous for their rice terraces. They then followed the Li River where the continuing mountainous route included breathtaking sceneries dominated by thousands of limestone karst peaks. They crossed the river several times by raft. The journey ended in Yangshuo, a popular tourist town for the Chinese.
