SCC Mallorca 2026
The Stevenage Cycling Club’s annual Mallorca pilgrimage returned yet again this year, spanning a fortnight across late April and early May. In a tactical move to chase the best of the Mediterranean sun, the trip was booked a week later than usual. However, on some of the days Mother Nature had her own ideas, serving up a bit more rain and cloud cover than we’ve come to expect!

But a few showers couldn’t dampen the club’s spirits. We made the absolute most of the glorious sunny days and bravely pedaled through the rain when it fell.
A special shout-out goes to Andrew Manning, who flew out early to tackle the legendary Mallorca 312. For the second year running, Andrew again conquered the full, grueling distance—an incredible achievement!

From sweeping coastal roads and epic mountain climbs to historic monasteries, charming old towns, and the all-important café stops, the island reminded us why it’s a cyclist’s paradise. As always, the only real daily challenge was deciding which stunning route to ride next.
